Shaykh Mustapha Abdul-Hamid served as Chief Executive of Ghana's National Petroleum Authority, President of the African Refiners and Distributors Association (ARDA), Minister for Inner City and Zongo Development, and Minister for Information. He was National Youth Organiser and Spokesperson to the Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party, and began his public life in student leadership at the University of Cape Coast.
